Gostaria de saber se quando a gente pede o cancelamento do Jotform a gente ainda tem acesso aos dados ou a gente perde tudo ? e tem que fazer um backup antes do cancelamento

Now, coming back to your question. If you downgrade your account to a Starter Plan, your account will have the account limits of a Starter account.
For example, if you currently have 200 monthly submissions and your account is downgraded to the Starter Plan, your forms will be disabled until the monthly submission count resets to zero. This is because the Starter Plan has a limit of only 100 submissions.
I checked your account, and I can see that you have exceeded the total submission storage of the Starter Plan, which is only 500. The older submissions exceeding this limit will not be accessible from your account. However, as soon as you upgrade again, all the submissions will be restored from your account. I recommend Downloading the form Submissions first to have access to all of your data even on Starter Plan.
