Os limites de assinatura não foram renovados ao início deste mês, agora aparece que só renova em dezembro.
Porque se é mensal e hoje é dia primeiro?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, getting back to your question. Most of the usage limits should be refreshed on the first day of every month. Let's wait for a couple of hours for the system to refresh your account usage and limits, if nothing happens, circle back on this thread immediately and let us know.

I checked your account usage and it is now refreshed. Your signed document usage shows 0/1,000. You can also check your account usage from your account settings. Here's how:
- In My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar.
- Go to Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click on Usage from the left navigation.
