Como adicionar um campo de resumo?

Boa tarde! Gostaria de ajuda para encontrar um campo de "resumo" das informações antes do envio do formulário.

Como referencia - https://form.jotform.com/240523464977666 - o ultimo campo mostra um resumo de todas as respostas do formulário com um campo de "As Infomações estão corretas?".

Poderia me ajudar, em como incluir esse campo ao meu formulário?

Now, coming back to your question, you can add a paragraph field, and add each field ID to it so that it works the way you want. Let me show you how to do it:

1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Paragraph field.
3. Now, just drag and drop it into your form.
4. Now, write the fields' names along with their IDs, like that:
