Now, coming back to your question. Can you try to check the archived entries on your Jotform Tables to see if the submission is there? Let me show you how to check it:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon in the main tab.
2. Select Archived Entries from the menu.
3. In the Archived pane on the right, If any of your missing submissions are listed here, you can select them and then click on Restore.

If the submission isn't in the archived entries, you can also check on the Trashed entries. Here's how

1. In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon in the tab next to your form's name at the upper left side of the page.
2. In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
3. In the window that comes up on the right side of the page and the submission is there, you can select it and click Restore.
