Como replicar ou clonar um formulário na minha conta

Gostaria de usar o meu formulário como um modelo para replicações, cada ver que eu preencher eu poder salvar como um novo, enquanto o original continua apenas como modelo. Como posso fazer isso?

Now, coming back to your question, You can clone an existing form on your account to create a duplicate and keep the original form. Let me show you how:

1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page. 2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form. 

3. Select the form you want to clone and click on Create Form.
