    já mudei nas configurações de anexo e nao funciona

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I did not receive any error message when I made my second submission. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I've cleared your form cache, please test your form again and see how it goes. If the issue persists, will you give us permission to do a test submission to see if we can replicate the issue? If the form is embedded on a website, please also share the web page link where the form is embedded.
