Difficulty Using Jotform on Tablet vs. Web.

Boa noite. Baixei o programa e comprei um plano, porém, esta muito confuso para aprender a exercer esse sistema. O que baixei no Tablet eu não consigo ter acesso a todas as funcionalidades e o quando abro direto na web sem ser o que baixei no androide, parece que tenho mais funcionalidades. Uma confusão, me ajudem

When you mentioned you 'downloaded the program and bought a plan,' were you referring to Jotform's platform, and did you purchase one of our plans? I ask because I noticed that you currently have some active forms in your account, so it seems like you've got a basic understanding of how to create forms, but you're still on our Starter (Free) Plan. Can you confirm if this is the account under the email address studiokatycastros@gmail.com you're referring to, or if you might be using another Jotform account? I just want to make sure we're on the same page regarding what platform you're referring to.

O aplicativo que tenho interesse foi jotform pois preciso criar fichas. Nele eu adquiri um plano intermediário. Porém, como estava em inglês eu acabei entrando em outras abas e agora estou perdida.

Have in mind that Jotform App has some limitations compared to the desktop version. Form builder should be the same, but, there are other features that are missing. Our developers are trying to improve the app every day, so those features might be coming to the app soon.
