I have a table and a form in Jotform. This table contains a lot of data, and I share this table with my collaborators. I needed to enable the download option for them, and I managed to do it in the sharing settings. However, in the sharing options for my user (owner), there is the option to download a quotation, which is a PDF created for the data in each row, but this option is not available for the collaborator.

Hi GRUPOFIX,
If I understand it correctly, you want the collaborators in your Jotform Tables to be able to download submissions as PDF files. If that's so, take note that sharing your Jotform Tables will only allow the collaborators to download the submissions as Excel files and CSV files. But, you can share the PDF Editor of the form to allow the collaborators to download the submission as a PDF file. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper-left part of the screen.
2. Click on PDF Editor above Form Analytics.
3. In PDF Editor, click on your preferred PDF tab.
4. Click on Share on the upper-right part of the screen.5. Click on the Gear icon on the Share PDF Documents modal.
6. Select on Private Access option on Access Settings field.
7. Select on Collaborator option on Permissions field.
8. Click on the Downward Arrow icon on Select Documents field.9. Make sure to tick the checkbox of your preferred PDF document.
10. Click on Go Back on the upper-right part of the Settings modal.11. Click on Create Link on Link To Share field.
12. Click on Copy Link on Link To Share field.
13. Share the link to your preferred collaborators. That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
