Tenho uma tabela e um formulário no jotform, essa tabela contém muitos dados, compartilho essa tabela com meus colaboradores, precisava habilitar a opção de download para eles e consegui nas configurações de compartilhamento, mas nas opções de compartilhamento do meu usuário(proproetário) tem a opção de baixar cotação que é um PDF que foi feito para os dados de cada linha, mas não tem essa opção para o colaborador

Now, coming back to your question, sharing Jotform Tables and allowing collaborators to see the download button will only make them download submissions as Excel and CSV. If you want your collaborators to download the submissions as PDFs, you will have to share with them the form's PDF editor page. Let me show you how:

1. Navigate to the PDF Editor by clicking the downward arrow in the top left corner of the page and selecting PDF Editor.
2. Click on Share in the top right corner of the page, and click on Create Link.
3. Invite your assistance on the Invite by Email box.
4. Ensure that they are invited as a Collaborator and that All Documents are shared with them.

That's it. The download PDF on the form's table will also be shown as an option for them. Note that they will need to have a Jotform account that is associated with the same email you've invited them with.
