Boa tarde.
Meu e-mail entrou na lista de rejeição e nem eu nem meus colegas estão recebendo o e-mail com a ficha.
Ontem eu verifiquei e retirei, mas hoje voltamos a não receber as fichas.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your email address, and it seems that it is not in the bounce list anymore. Can you try testing the form and check if the issue happens again? I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution. Can you also share the form URL where you did not receive any email notifications, so I can test? We have a guide on how to get it from your form.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Pessato_financeiro,
I cloned and tested your form on my end, but I can't replicate the issue. I was able to receive the email notification after submitting the form. Check out the image below:
I also checked the email recipients, and they are not in the bounce list. For us to confirm the issue, can you send a submission on your live form and check if you are able to receive the email notification?
