How to get signed copy of a contract?

I've signed a contract with a graphic designer called Mahali Design on September 11th, 2024 through Jotform. The deadline set in the contract is not being met. Since the designer does not return my contact, I need a signed copy of the document to be able to find a solution.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To obtain a signed copy of the document, you need to contact the document owner. Alternatively, you can check your email inbox for any confirmation regarding the signed document, similar to the screenshot below:

You can also use the email search function and typing keyword related to the sign document they sent to you so you can easily locate it.
