Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form, and it seems you accidentally deleted the Submit button. But don't worry, it's easy to add it back, let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements.
2. Under the Basic tab, look for Submit and click on it.
