Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named {form name} that was tagged as spam/phishing. We understand that this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
I did check your form, and it looks like the tagging was a false positive, so I reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.

Eu estava fazendo testes, acho que por isso pareceu ser spam.
Acabei de tentar aqui entrar e continua a mesma mensagem, conta bloqueada. -

I have reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. If you run into the same issue again, can you try logging in from a different browser to see if the issue is also reproducible? As this issue might also be related to your browsers cache. You can check out this guide on How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.
