When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.

Então é um erro do próprio jotforms? as contas que vinculei precisam receber os emails com as fotos das respostas tiradas nos formulários, sabe me dizer se eles vão conseguir arrumar isso?

We can confirm the issue is from the Take Photo widget. Our Developers are working on this as fast as they can. We’ll update this thread once we’ve heard back from them.
