App sem opção de criar formulário.

Olá.
Em meu app não aparece a opção de criar formulário.
Somente documento.

Mas preciso fazer um formulário de perguntas. Conseguem me ajudar?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your question, if I understand you correctly, the option to create a form doesn't appear in your mobile App, and you're only able to build Sign Documents. If so, let me show you how you can create a form in your mobile app:

1. Log in to your account, and you'll be directed to your Forms page, where you can build forms.
2. By clicking the Downward Arrow icon on the right side, you can switch between our products.
3. Click on the Plus icon on the right side below, and select between Start From Scratch, Use Template, or Import Form to create your form.

If you aren't able to build a form this way, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
