Como cancelar a assinatura do meu plano?

    Houve a cobrança da anuidade de 2025, porém eu não tenho interesse em continuar com assinatura. Na realidade nao sabia que estava em recorrência.

    Vocês conseguem estornar por favor?

    Now, coming back to your question, your Bronze Monthly subscription has automatically renewed. If you no longer need the Bronze Monthly plan, let me walk you through how to cancel your subscription:

    1. Click your avatar in the upper right of the home page.

    3. Go to the Billing page.

    6. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

    Keep in mind that cancelations don't take effect until the end of the paid period, which means that your plan will remain active and usable until the end of the current billing cycle.

    Essa cobrança deve ser CANCELADA.

    Não concordo em pagar 2 mil reais por algo que não vou usar.

    Quero o estorno do meu pagamento

    To request a refund for your most recent invoice, please click this link and fill out the form. After reviewing your request, a team member will email you. Once the refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Starter Plan.
