Boa Tarde, Tudo bem ??
Criei minha conta no Jotform e enquanto estava fazendo um formulario, fui removida da tela e caiu o meu login.
E quando fui logar novamente apareceu que a minha conta tinha sido suspensa.
Como eu poderia fazer pra recuperar a minha conta ??

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
About the status of your account, it was suspended because you’ve got a form named New Customer Registration Form that was tagged with email spam. We understand that this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
I did check your email notifications, and it looks like the tagging was a false positive, so I reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.
