Se eu estava pensando em assinar, ja nao me sinto segura.
Como do nada, perco todos os formulários? Fui avisada por uma nova cliente que tentou enviar um formulario e recebeu o retorno que o formulario estava desabilitado. O quanto isso prejudica a imagem de um negocio? ela ja havia preenchido todo o formulario e ao submeter recebeu essa informação.
sinceramente nao me sinto segura em utilizar esse serviço.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your concern. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulário Solicitação Passaporte that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.
