How to get the sum using the Form calculation field

Para a soma da resposta correta, mas no final não está realizando a soma. Pode me orientar?

When I tested your PRÉ REQUISITO form it seems you have setup a Form calculation but the plus sign is not added to the calculation yet. Let me show you how:

1. In Form builder, select the wand icon to access the widget settings for the Form calculation field.

2. Click on the plus sign to add it to the calculation.

3. Make sure to click on Save.
