Combine os dois dados do formulário em um único PDF

Estou criando formulário para a nossa prova de residência:

• Prova de residência 2025
• Pré requisito
• Acesso direto

É possível utilizar um único PDF para juntar todas as informações?

Exemplo: Meu formulário PROVA RESIDÊNCIA 2025 (é o principal) onde tem o nome e a especialidade e ai eu sou anestesio vou fazer a prova de acesso direto, gerar um PDF contendo meu nome, a especialidade e as respostas corretas e somadas?

Unfortunately, we can't combine the two (2) form submissions into a single PDF. Additionally, we're unable to prefill a form with data to another form, since the ACESSO DIRETO form was added to your PROVA RESIDÊNCIA 2025. This can be possible using our Form Prefill, however, the 2 forms have been different from one another. As a workaround, We can merge forms using the Combine Submissions tool, then import their data into the same tab in Jotform Tables for easy viewing. First, let me show you how to use the Combine Submissions tool: 

1. Go to Combine Submissions page, click the on the Start Combining button.
2. In the window that pops-up, click on the Allow button.
3. In the list that comes up, select your form, and next to it, choose the fields that you want to merge. To select all fields, click on the Select All box.
4. Then, click on the Generate CSV File button and use the link below it to download the CSV file.

Now, let's import the merged CSV file to the Jotform Tables:

1. On your My Tables page, click on Create Table on the upper-right side of the page.
2. Select Import Data, and click on Upload File and select your file or simply drag and drop your file.
3. Toggle On the Set The First Row As Column Headers option, and click on the Short Text option to change your column types.
4. After setting the column types, click on the Import Data button.

Keep in mind that this merged table won't update automatically, so it only includes past submissions. To refresh it with new data, you'll need to repeat the steps again.
