Atualização da conta, mas o limite mensal não é redefinido

    Bom dia

    O pagamento mensal foi feito porém a contagem de respostas enviadas não foi reiniciada. Necessito fazer envios e o limite acumulado no mês anterior não foi zerada. Peço esclarecimentos a respeito.

    Now, coming back to your question, We've had an update that the monthly limit now resets based on the day you created the account. If you hit your submission limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset or upgrade your account to increase your account limit. In your case, I can see that you've already on Gold plan, so you can wait for the monthly counter to reset. You can view the start date of your next limit reset period under your account settings. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.

    2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

    3. Next, go to the Usage tab to see your monthly limit reset date.

     You can upgrade to Enterprise plan to increase your submission limit. Regular account have the maximum limit of 10,000 per month. If you need more than that, you can try the Enterprise plan.
