Wie aktiviere ich deaktivierte Formulare?

Tivemos diversos relatos de pessoas que tentaram subir formulários, porém a plataforma está como não disponível, conforme imagem anexa.

Os relatos começaram ontem a noite, por volta das 22:00 e continuam até o presente momento 09:05.

We have had several reports of people trying to upload forms, but the platform is unavailable, as shown in the attached image. The reports began last night, around 10:00 pm and continue until now at 9:05 am.

When I cloned and tested your form, everything was working properly. I was able to submit the form without getting an error. Here's a screencast of my result:

As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms. Can we make a test submission directly to your form to see if we can replicate the issue?
