Tive minha conta suspensa, acredito que por haver um campo no formulário onde coleto as informações de login dos meus clientes para qual presto serviço de Social Media e não sabia que não poderia. Como posso fazer para reativá-la? Estou sendo prejudicada.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Going back to your question, upon checking your account, I saw that it was auto-suspended by our system because your form titled Cadastro para Contrato e Briefing para Social Media includes fields to collect sensitive information, which violates our Terms of Use.
I have reached out to the relevant team regarding your concern. I will inform you on this support thread once I receive an update.

Thank you for your patience. I just heard back from the relevant team. We have removed the offending field and reactivated your account. You should be able to log back in now.
