Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named 'Onboarding Consultor de Vendas' that was tagged as form phishing. We found that the word 'senha' is included, which triggered our system to suspend your account as it translates to 'password'. We understand that this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
We did check your form and removed the offending word from it, and have reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.
