Now, coming back to your question, I've checked your account and can see that your upload usage is already at 94.51 MB. To free up the excess in upload storage space allocation, you can delete more submissions that has File Uploads on them, but please note that deleting submission data will permanently remove the data from our servers. You may want to download all of your submissions first before deleting them.
Also, you might want to upgrade to a higher subscription plan to increase your account limits. You can check this page to view the different paid subscription plans and their limits.
