    Prezados tive a minha conta suspensa, gostaria de uma avaliação URGENTE da mesma pois, criei um aplicativo para um projeto acadêmico e precisarei dele amanhã.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've checked the email address you used on creating this ticket which is V**t*r**me*r8*4@g***l.c*m and there's no Jotform account associated with it. Can you send us the email address/username associated with your suspended account, so we can check it?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
