Now, coming back to your question, were you able to click on the submit button and got the blank page? Have you tried it on a desktop/laptop computer if you're getting the same issue? I've cleared the form cache in our server to refresh the form. If you're getting the same issue, would it be okay if we submit a test submission on your form to test?
