Hi Luciano,
Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. You mentioned that when downloading the PDF copy of the form response, the images are broken. Do you mean uploaded image are not included in the downloaded PDF? Please send us the link to that form for us to check. Also, we need access to your account to test this form. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
As for your other question about not accepting images when uploading them to the form response, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
