ao preencher o formulario nao esta criando o arquivo pdf ..
comecou ontem ja nao gerar..
ontem no fim do dia gerou e agora parou novamente.

Now, coming back to your question, could you please confirm the form URL to investigate? Also, please confirm which PDF file are you referring to. Do you mean those PDF files sent with the notification emails or with our third-party integrations?
