Hi,
We have another problem. For this form, we have an active integration with Onedrive and many of the files received yesterday were not integrated. We have shipping records, but the files were not saved as data folders in OneDrive.
See in the print below that the last log we have from September 30th is at 6:12 pm, however there were several submissions until 11:13 pm. Would it be possible to reprocess these files?

Hi Joao,
There was a known issue about integrations with OneDrive yesterday, which was already resolved by our Developers. I can see that OneDrive is not integrated, or might have been removed from your form. Can you reintegrate it and test it out to see if it's still working? Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select Settings from the orange navigation bar.
- Go to Integrations.
- Search for OneDrive and click on it to start.
- After authenticating your OneDrive account, you can set up the integration to send submission data to it.
- Click on Save once done.
Please note that if there are data that were not transferred to OneDrive, you can either send them manually or request from form users to resubmit their entries so they can be sent automatically into OneDrive. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reinstate or reprocess those files that were not sent.

Hi,
OneDrive integration is active, in its original form. In the video sent, I believe it was not active because it was a copy of the form. We will monitor future shipments and if there is still an error, I will contact you again.
