Adicionar colaborador e limitar os envios serão exibidos

Olá bom dia, gostaria de criar um formulário principal onde eu possa adicionar diversos colaboradores.
Gostaria que os colaboradores tivessem acesso apenas as respostas preenchidas através do cadastro do colaborador, não acesso a todas as respostas do formulário principal. Isso é possível?

Now, coming back to your question, Unfortunately, if you will add a user as a collaborator, it will provide them with access to all of your data inside the form. As a workaround, we suggest creating a Clone form from your Main form and only imports the data that employees can access. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form.
    
3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage. 
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After cloning your form, it'll open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.

It's easy to import a file into Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. Go to your My Tables page, and click on Create Table on the top-left side of the page.

2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Data.

3. Click on Upload File and select your file, or simply drag and drop your file.

4. Click on the Downward Arrow icon in the Choose Tabs To Import section, and toggle On the Set The First Row As Column Headers option.

5. Click on the Short Text option to change your column types.

6. Untick the tabs you would rather not import, and then click on Import Data.
