Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more on what you meant by the form is not within the defined standard? Can you share with us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your screen? This guide will show you how to do that. Can you also share with us the Form URL so we can have a look at it also?
I went ahead and cleared the form cache to fix any possible cache issues in the form. Can you try checking your form again if you're still having trouble with it? You can also try using another browser or device if that makes a difference.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Olá! O site do jotform está instável e os formulários pararam novamente de carregar no meu ONE DRIVE, o download não está funcionando também, só consigo baixar no meu computador os formulários quando entro no site do jotform e seleciono quais formulários desejo baixar. Quando consigo baixar, o formulário não está dentro do padrão. Abaixo o print de como estão vindo os formularios:
