O e-mail de notificação não foi recebido

    Boa tarde.

    Nao estou a receber qualquer notificação de preenchimento dos meus formulários no email apesar de ter esta opção activa. Activei também o envio de um email a quem preenche e também não está a ser enviado. Podem por favor indicar-me a razão? Muito obrigada

    Hi Ana,

    Also, let me add that our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Hi Ana,

    Your email was in our Bounce list. You had set SMTP on your form, but it was using the old and basic SMTP authentication method which is already discontinued. I also confirmed that you already added the customer sender email via OAuth 2. What I did was remove your email from the Bounce list. Can you try again and confirm if you are finally receiving a notification email?
