Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and found that it was suspended because your form named Formulário para descontos e sorteios de prêmios was flagged for offering fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms: Free accounts showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    Kindly provide us with the following information if you believe that your account was suspended by error:

    • The URL where your form is used.
    • Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    Send these to reviewers@jotform.com with thread #19485141 as your subject, and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of your proofs.

    Additionally, if you want us to reactivate your account right away, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. And if you wish to create the same form again, changing your account email address to a corporate email will be needed.

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.
