Dando erro ao tentar abrir o formulário.

Bom dia, possuo um formulário ativo que está apresentando o ERRO: NOT AVAILABLE.

Minha suspeita é que existam 2 links apontando para o formulário. Queria o link https://form.jotform.com/242693250258661 fosse excluído e que o link https://form.jotform.com/processoscasa/pedido-santa-catarina fosse mantido para acessar o formulário.

Now, coming back to your question, The link: https://form.jotform.com/242693250258661 is the Clone of [TESTE] Pedido Santa Catarina form which is currently disabled. If you want to delete that here's how you do it:

1. Go to your My Forms and choose the form you want to delete.
2. Then, click the Move to Trash at the top.

Keep note that deleted forms are kept in the Trash folder for 30 days, so you can restore them if needed. After this period, the forms are permanently purged. If you want to permanently delete forms, use the 'Purge' option in the Trash folder.
