Problema com o código-fonte incorporado

Bom dia,

Estou a tentar incorporar o código fonte de um formulário numa newsletter do e-goi, acontece que o código apresenta os seguintes erros: Duplicate of attribute name (type) was found & The script tag cannot be used.

Now, coming back to your question, Can you please try to embed your form using the IFrame Code? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Publish on the orange navigation bar.
2. On the left side menu. click Embed and select IFrame in the Embed Menu.
3. Then, click the Copy Code button.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Can you please tell us what software you're using to embed the form? When I reviewed your screenshot, it seems like the software you're using isn't allowed to use script tags. Unfortunately, our Embed Options use script tags.
