Ola, temos alguns formulários que assim que a pessoa preenche devem chegar para nós por e-mail, ja tentamos colocar vários e-mails diferentes porém os formulário preenchidos não estão chegando para nós. Poderiam nos ajudar?

Now, coming back to your question, I've checked and the email address you have added, and I was able to confirm that it is on the Bounce List.
Reason(s) : bounced (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=hotelpremiumcampinas.com.br type=A: Host not found)
The bounce list is a list to which an email address is added when an email can't be delivered. This could be due to various reasons such as a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server rejecting the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox being full, or Jotform being on your blacklist.
I've removed those emails from the bounce list. You can only remove the email address associated with your account from the bounce list, we have a guide on that here. If you want to remove other email address, please don't hesitate to ask us to remove it for you. Additionally, you can whitelist our IP addresses to prevent emails from being blocked by security filters
