Gostaria, se possível, de receber um retorno de um colaborador do Brasil.

Atualmente, minha empresa utiliza o sistema da Google, mas estamos em processo de transição para a Microsoft. Notei que, para realizar algumas integrações, é necessário utilizar o Zapier. Gostaria de entender melhor como funciona essa integração e qual seria o custo associado.

That's correct. There's no extra cost for integrating with Zapier. While Jotform doesn't charge for integrations, if you want to use some of Zapier's advanced features, you may need to purchase additional features through Zapier. Here's the Zapier pricing page for more details on their offerings.
