Percebi que é possível definir uma condição para que o e-mail destinatário de um mesmo formulário seja alterado. Entretanto, não consegui encontrar onde eu defino os possíveis e-mails ou mesmo onde adicionar mais e-mails. Podem me ajudar?

Now, coming back to your question, you can create multiple notification email templates if you upgrade to a paid plan and also create email conditions to send these emails to different recipients based on a condition. After you upgrade, you can start adding a new email template. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.
- Click on Emails on the left.
- Click Add email and select Notification or Autoresponder.
- You can customize the new email template's subject line and content before clicking the Save button.
After clicking Save, the new email template will be added:
Next, to send a certain email template to a certain email address based on the user's response, you can add an email condition. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.
- Click on Conditions on the left.
- Select Change Email Recipient from the options.

Hi konjacmassamf,
You can upgrade any of our paid plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to create multiple notification email templates and add multiple email conditions. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the payment schedule that you prefer.
3. Choose the plan you want to buy.
4. Choose either a Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
5. If you choose the credit card option, enter your credit card details and click Pay.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
