Now, coming back to your question, when an account exceeds the limit the account will be set as to Overlimit status and the users will not be able to access and submit the form. When I checked one of your form, it loaded with no issue. Your account is also showing active and not over the limit.
I have also cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Can we ask for more details on the issue you encountered?
