Now, coming back to your question, can you let us know is are getting an error when you are trying to increase the form limits to your account. On the Gold plan, you can have 100 form limits. Currently, you have only used 3 only. Are you referring to the submission limits? If yes, then do note that, when you refer to someone, and they do not sign up for a Jotform account, then you won't receive extra submissions. Can you let us know any other email address that you have referred, and they have signed up, but submission limit has not increased on your account? You can share with us the screenshot from the increased limits section so, we can check again. Let me show you how to access the increase submission limit page:

1. On your My Forms page, click on your avatar in the top-right corner.
2. Click on the Settings.
3. Choose Increase Limits option from the left side of the panel.
4. Copy the link and use it when you refer to someone. That's it.
