Now, coming back to your question, The Starter plan is limited to 5 active forms. You can delete and add a new form as long as it is within the limit. If you have more than 5, you will have to disable the exceeding forms. Let me show you how:

1. On the My Forms page, select the form you want to disable.
2. Click on More, then click on Disable.
