Now, coming back to your question,  The free version of Jotform, known as the Starter plan, has several limitations compared to the paid plans. As of now, the limits for the free version are:

• Form Limit: You can create up to 5 forms.
• Form Submissions: You can receive up to 100 submissions per month.
• Monthly Payment Submissions: You can receive up to 10 payment submissions per month.
• Monthly Form Views: You can have up to 1,000 form views per month.
• Total Submission Storage: You can store up to 500 total submissions.
• Upload Space: You have 100 MB of upload space.

The 500 total submissions storage is the total number of submissions you can store on your account itself, this is different from the monthly limit. So for example, in the "Free" plan, you are allowed to have a total submission storage of 500. These 500 are the most recent submissions that you received. If you exceed this limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received.

Additionally, if you copy and paste the form link in an email, the number of people who can answer the form depends on your plan's submission limits. For the free version, you are allowed up to 100 submissions per month.

So, if you send the link via email, up to 100 people can respond within a month if you are on the free plan. If you are on a paid plan, the number of submissions allowed per month will be higher, and more people can answer the form accordingly.
