Now, coming back to your question, all you need to do is log in to the account where the form is currently located, then Contact Us again and request a transfer form. Provide the Form URL and the email address associated with the account to which you want the form transferred. If the form you want to transfer is in your account (igor.correa@grupoimc.com.br), just reply to this thread with the form URL and the email address of the account where you want the form to be transferred.
