Going back to your question, I have cleared your form caches to refresh your form and as a precaution. Additionally, below are the common ways in troubleshooting your issue. You can check them out and apply:
- Log out and log back into your account.
- Use Incognito/Private mode.
- Please clear your web browser's cache.
- Use a different web browser.
- Restart your device
