Um email que está cadastrado para receber o formulário não está recebendo os emails.

    Os outros demais emails recebem normalmente, porém tenho um email que não está recebendo.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I just checked the email address denis@tum.com.br and removed it from the Bounce List. Here's the reason on why the email address was listed on the Bounce List.

    Bounced (host araponga.birdsnet.com.br[189.91.32.25] said: 553 sorry, your envelope sender must exist  (#5.7.1) (in reply to RCPT TO command))

    Please contact your email service provider to resolve this on their end to prevent the email from listed on the Bounce List again. Also, you can avoid email address from listed on the Bounce List for other reason by whitelisting Jotform's IP addresses and domains provided on this page.
