Olá! Eu estava editando o meu formulário normalmente, por horas, até que a última coisa que consegui fazer foi tentar colocar uma imagem no plano de fundo.

Agora eu fico tentando recarregá-lo, porém, dá este erro. E não consigo acessar de jeito nenhum... Preciso urgente ter acesso ao meu formulário, urgente mesmo! Pelo amor de Deus. Obrigada!
