Now, coming back to your question, if you want to increase your submission limits without upgrading your account, you need to do some tasks. You can increase your limits for free when you complete certain tasks available on the increase limits page of your account.
- Click on your avatar at the top-right of the page and click Settings.
- Scroll down and click Increase Limits on the left panel.
- Check the tasks that you can complete and the corresponding submission increase.
That's it. You can now increase your submission limits.

Hello, good afternoon. I noticed the tasks to increase the limits but so far it hasn't increased and it's been 2 days.

Nosso sistema geralmente demora de 24 a 48 horas para aumentar o limite após as tarefas foram concluídas. Caso os limites não forem resetados após este prazo, gentileza entrar em contato conosco para verificarmos com nossa equipe técnica.

Ok, vou ficar no aguardo, pois passou de 48 horas. Precisava desses limites extras pois no momento não poderei pagar um plano.

Hello Igor,
Can you try logging out of your Jotform account, then clear your browser’s cache before logging back in. Sometimes, old cache and cookies can cause delays in updating the view of your account. You may also try logging in using an incognito window or a different browser or device. If you still do not see any changes, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Hi Igor,
It seems that you submitted two requests to increase your limits. However, the first YouTube video appears to be owned by someone else, so it was denied. The blog you submitted was approved but was categorized as a review, which led to an additional 10 monthly submissions being added. Your new monthly submission limit is now 110.
