Olá,
o fluxo de aprovação esta funcionando, porem o e-mail com o formulário e anexo esta demorando para chegar.
não tem de 1 fluxo em especifico, são de todos.
ficou instável apos a alteração de senha do e-mail

Now, coming back to your question, I did a test email on one of my forms and I did receive the email. To check this further, can you explain a bit more about the issue you're experiencing? How much is the delay before you get the emails? Is this happening only on those email with attachments? Can you share with us the form URL where you're experiencing the issue so we can take a look at it for you?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Fluxo: Meus formulários > Todos os formulários > Formulário de entrada atual > Caixa de envios > Selecionar o formulário > "aprovar" > E-mail enviado com o formulário em anexo na versão PDF
Seguimos o processo padrão para receber o formulário preenchido e aprovado em uma versão PDF no E-mail mas ele não chega no E-mail apesar de ser "aprovado" no Jotforms e aparecer que foi enviado para o E-mail.
Isso tudo começou a acontecer depois de ter mudado a senha do E-mail que deixamos vinculado.
Desde ontem não recebemos mais E-mails desta automatização.
Por favor, poderia verificar com urgência? -

Hi Fernando,
I have checked your email address fernando.vargas.br@gmail.com, and I can see that email was sent from noreply@jotform.com to fernando.vargas.br@gmail.com on 26th September 2024. You can also check email logs from your Account Setting. Let me walk you through it:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile on the top-right side of the page.
2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
3. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on History.
4. Click on All Action, located on the top right side, and select Email from the dropdown menu.
Can you confirm on which email address you're not receiving emails, and also can you share your form URL with us, so we can look into this?Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.
