Como usar LinkedIn Ads com Jotform?

Estou iniciando uma campanha de conversão de formulário no Linkedin Ads e preciso instalar a tag do Linkedin na página do formulário.

A conversão cadastrada será a ativação da página de obrigada.

Peço ajuda com um passo a passo de como fazê-lo.

It's possible to populate a hidden page in your form using URL parameters. This parameter will be saved in the submission allowing you to track where your ads was clicked and view them from your tables. This guide will show you how to do that.
